  20. ARRGHH!! Now that I was just about transferring the file to the
  21. server it seems that something is really wrong there and it doesn't
  22. accept anything bigger than 10kb to be uploaded (not the disk quota,
  23. I checked).. Availablility of the archive may be postponed
  24. by a few days ..try again from 4th of March onwards..
